the 36 hrs of pay is based off the line award process. Narrowbody pilots will likely have more opportunity to pick up flying than Widebody pilots, but the majority of WB pilots do not credit 100+ a month like the NB pilots do. There are some that get that GS every month they can't get now unless they are on a FRMS jet, and those opportunities will continue (They canceled LAX-SYD-LAX yesterday because they had no one that was legal to fly it, not even on a GS)
Frankly, after reading the TA 3 times, the language is written about as well as we can expect to get. I see no major holes in it. Only thing I would have liked is that the TLV average revert to a Jan 2019 to Jan 2020 at the end of the agreement so that we do not see another year where the 12 month calculation is repressed, but its hardly a long term issue and flying returning negates it.
IMHO this agreement will pass, there will likely be "no votes" on the MEC, and in the pilot group but given that this TA will go to MEMRAT it had to be structured like UAL's where the most junior took a disproportionate hours hit as the polling showed ALV's in the 60's would not pass the pilot group. This is something that is structured to save jobs, keep ppl off the street, allow outside work, and have those that are not in danger of furlough tank the deal because they took too much of a pay cut.
Many look past this nugget, but my sim partner never did IOE, had It canceled and has been on training pay since he was hired last Jan. This LOA moves he and my guess about 100 others to flight status pay. IMHO, hopefully in the next section 6 we can remove training pay and codify new hire hotels being paid for.

As a commuter on a heavily commuted route I wouldn't put too much value on this the positive space commuting. The ink won't be dry and the company will have already given it to the flight attendants, they are already asking about it on skynet, so you'd better be johnny on the spot getting a reservation or there won't be any available seats to positive space on.

I assumed this would be a landslide and would pass without issue, I guess you always have a few. Their vote carries the same weight as mine and they have the right to vote however they want.
The company could offer a 100% pay raise if we eliminated green slips and some would still vote no because losing the ability to green slip is a concession. I just hope many can look at the big picture and think a couple years down the road.

I guess you are referring to the training pilots moving from training pay to what the potential "furloughed" (1731 or whatever number it is now) are going to get.
You post was confusing.
edit to add: I just read the NN. This is an easy "yes" vote from me. Pretty sure its going to pass no problemo.

UNA pay presently is reserve guarantee at 717B rates. That's from CA 20-10.

Only if the company keeps them flying. I'd wager that all 1741 will convert to 30 hours/non-flying status as soon as the LOA passes. Then with no reinstatement rights to worry about they'll slowly bring people back as needed.
