I get that. My wife works contracting for the government. If I didn’t have her I would think it was pretty straight forward.

So simple? You admit 2 posts later contract language isnt simple.

Be an adult, admit he's wrong and you're wrong.

I never agreed with his post, only pointed out his question. You guys jumped on him a little harshly IMO. Darn, people on here are testy.

Again, there was no question. Only if you squint and imagine him asking a question was there a question.

I agree, the man can defend himself without anyone coming in and interjecting, "Now what he obviously meant to say was something completely different and through my 3rd party observation I can devine exactly what was roundly inferred."

what I implied, I think is very obvious. This is taking way longer than it should. I’m gathering that contractual language is complex and nuanced. With that being said, it’s an LOA. We’re not rewriting every section of the PWA. With jobs on the line as well as QOL issues I would think ALPA would be working 24/7 to get this done. Frankly that’s what my dues pay for. And yours.

I stand by what I said. This should be done by now. You can stand by what you say that it should take longer.

How did that work our with the April rebid LOA? This is important stuff and the difference between a may and a should can have huge implications. Maybe the company should have been working on this months ago like ALPA tried.

It is done. Why don't you step up and volunteer though since you think you could do a better job.
