If you are on the furlough list you will be placed in the 30 hour group. Pilots will be returned from that group in seniority order, if they do it out of seniority order, the senior pilots will be pay protected at the actual UNA rate everyone is seeing now. Does that answer your question?

there wasn't an AIP until today. Tuesday nothing was decided and it was just discussion. Wednesday the negotiators were provided more direction to return to the company with, and they came back today with an AIP.

I see very little cost savings to the company. Multiple big wins for the pilots(especially the new GS trigger). Seems like the company was bluffing all this time. With all the 220 deliveries seemed impossible they could furlough 1900 and staff the airline. Early guess but I think only around 700-1000 end up on UNA 30 hr pay

Before anyone one senior to the furlough line complains...
A junior pilot getting paid 30 hours is not the same as a senior pilot getting paid 30 hours. If you want to make that argument, then it should be, "I want to get paid $3,000 a month to sit at home."
You have to vote yes on LOA 20-03 for the chance of that happening.
