The cynical side of me is not so sure. The money for retro will be there....it's just how it's distributed that matters. "The money" could be part of a "bonus" which will stuff more money into the pockets of those remaining, while bequeathing none to those who worked after expiration but retired prior to the "new" contract. The voters will sell it to themselves by saying that, "a contract is for those who are working under it:"(and a myriad of other excuses)

Generally speaking, I usually see more examples of people who want to protect themselves(more money) even if it might not be the "correct" thing. I think James Bond might be alluding to this.....if he's not....I am

OR, We make it known that is the price of admission. My NO vote is yet to be changed to yes. Pressure on the business (stock price) is the only thing understood. That takes time. Unless they see value in a quicker settlement we have no power over a timeline, only the terms.
