At least for me, if your graph is gonna have any value other than fear porn, it needs either one or both of these metrics included: either hospitalizations and/or tests.
Otherwise, I just file it in my "biased media" canister. Do you have those numbers to provide a fuller picture? I ask you to do it because it seems like your agenda, with your slant, and until shown otherwise, I'll continue to believe what I believe.

You may disagree, but I have no agenda. I look at facts.
As for tests? Of course if you test more, you will get more positives. But to minimize the importance of increased positive cases solely because there is more testing is moronic. Even if the people who recently tested positive had not ever done the test, THEY ARE STILL INFECTED and more importantly they can transmit it, possibly unknowingly, to grandma and grandpa.
The website I posted above has continuously updated numbers. But like you admitted, you will continue to believe what you believe. At the right margin of the rowis a clickable link to the source for all of the data in that row. Most of it comes from county health dept reports

The thing about new tests and “it’s spreading” gets kind of blown out of the water when antibody testing shows millions have had it in the U.S.
it’s like saying we caught a rat in the building last week, saw another one today, looks like rats are increasing.... oh wait the rats are handing me a note... hold on... they say there are 2000 of them here, we just found two. Not increasing, you just haven’t found us

Well,to call me moronic and then expect me to be open minded is, well......just kinda...........? And to minimize the number of positive test because testing has gone up is pretty logical.
Additionally, since you seem to only interpret what you read to fit your bias, I actually said I will continue to believe what I believe until I see the 2 other sets of numbers I was looking for.
Hopefully, if you have a significant other, you can be a little more civil, otherwise I would guess domestic tranquility might be fleeting at best. But you do you. (no charge for the advice)

I try not to use toady's politically correct thought to judge things from 250 years ago. Kinda like Monday morning quarterbacking only to the extreme. I try to empathize and possibly judge on what the "prudent man" was doing back then.
Lots of stuff gonna be torn down/renamed if this is logical thought for the mainstream people. We might rank up the with the Taliban tearing down the 1700 year old statues at Bamiyan in the Hindu Kush.
For what it worth, my original post was meant to be light hearted....did you notice the emojii?.....I'll let you respond, as no doubt you will.....but I'm outta here
Cheers
