Ryans "what's a SIL" comment was about keeping everyone under him in line. I think it probably goes without saying, but management, FAs and MX are going to spend years talking about how we ignored management and won. I know some of us went to a lowrr pay rate but the pilot group as a whole did well considering we didn't cave. Hope everyone celebrates that going forward.

I doubt it will have much impact. Most commuters understand they have a obligation to get to work and will make adjustments when loads are heavy. The vast majority of pilots commute responsibly. Combine that with the positive space options available and I doubt you see issues.
