I was waiting at the bus stop the other day in my pilot uniform and a guy ran up to me wanting to know if he could fly internationally to visit his family. ASAP. He was just confused about who was allowed to do what/ fly where, and how.

I hear they have developed and are looking to implement a test with results in 5 minutes. Would that change your mind?
