I'm sure we'll see modest gains through labor day. United announced today that fall demand is softening and said furloughs are possible.

Maybe it’s a good thing delta’s taken such a pessimistic approach to the recovery.

See this way we can put our deductive prowess on display and won’t have to wait too long before we can belittle each other or prove how superior we are.

Come on you pansies. Where my glass-half-fullers at??!!
Well, the data is in now....

They've always said furloughs were possible.

UAL has higher exposure to int'l. pay attention to the all domestic airlines.

regardless, until the herd loses its fear of the bogeyman control-a-virus, airlines are toast for the foreseeable future. Hope you got a plan b,c,d

Enjoy wearing you mask forever. I'll be retired soon.

None of us are wearing it for ourselves; I'm surely not. We are wearing it for our fellow citizens: their health, their families, their jobs, etc. You know, so they can continue to enjoy "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" and all that jazz. Many are doing the same and are true Patriots.

Don't let the door hit ya.

I'm SHOCKED a boomer doesn't believe in a global pandemic and thinks wearing a mask is an infringement of their freedom. Good riddance.

another pilot warning the “rest of us” that we better be prepared but that he/she will be ok, in this case by way of retirement! Man, it’s a good thing they are here to post this crap bc I would be so ill prepared without their guidance. How bout no one else post about needing furlough plans a, b, and c unless they actually provide VIABLE such plans a, b, and c! And yes, please wear a freaking mask, wash your hands and keep your distance from people as best you can...that is really not asking a lot. Getting on a boat to go fight the Nazis half a world away is asking a lot, our grandparents had no problem doing that. This isn’t a war, but it’s a battle that we must win none the less.

Boomer has gotten just as old as snowflake. Maybe our next president won't condone name calling as a conversation tool.
