Does anyone know what the Daily Trip Coverage codes mean? I know the normal ones like pot swap, etc. but I'm not seeing what these mean: PN (No Op?), PSB, N, PW. Does anyone know what these mean? I'm trying to see how much recovery flying is actually being assigned. Thanks.

So if the recovery trip has a deadhead, that is converted to operating the leg instead of deadheading, prior to sign in...(about to be the second time they've done this one to me)...I understand it's a double 23k that can be shot down. But if I fly and grieve, what's the pay look like?

“N” is a manually awarded recovery assignment.
“PN” is PCS Awarded recovery slip

Then they will drag it out for months and never pay you..Saying it's not a violation. Pilot's I know have called scheduling when double 23K has been attempted..Scheduling agrees and takes it off their schedule. They are just trying to cover the trips in the cheapest way possible whether it's legal or not. It's the guys who do not challenge them that have to fly it.

We need to have scheduling transparency. At my previous airline, any schedule change was denoted by a letter at the end of your rotation. And each one could be looked up. Rotation ####F = change number 6 and you could look up A through E, too. It’s insane that the only way to log schedule changes is to obsessively watch your schedule and take screenshots.
