100% of pilots who live to be at least 67 will make it to age 67. Just not necessarily flying airliners in the US.
If so though, they should be subject to PRP rules. Bottom of the list for bidding and replaced as soon as training capacity can catch up. Even that's a massive gift.

There are no discussions at the FAA or ICAO level about raising the age limit. ICAO did a study and found cognitive impairment increases rapidly after 65.
