Joke aside, as a 73N B, I’d love to see the 320 rates match the 738 rate so that I wouldn’t have to fly with A’s who hate Boeing, are afraid of the airplane, or don’t stop complaining about it the whole trip, but only bid it for the extra bucks over the 320.

Meh, while I agree with you that the smaller ones should pay the same. The majority of those fleets are quickly pushing into and will become the same rate (and the airbus should pass it with the arrival of the NEO late next year). Especially since we have no 319/320s on order (not sure I’d waste negotiating capital).
Negligible pay raise in the short term, but it will help you with your Yoga getting in and out of the 737.

She's gonna have to write it down on paper for him in that case. He's gonna need to see the analytics of it.

Net fraternization score... the new metric.
0-15 sexual harassment
16-35 unwanted interaction
36-65 potential for dating or reputation damage, proceed with caution, consider notifying and consulting with HR
66-85 considered normal interaction range for singles
85+ shut up, you can only ruin your chances
