Jealousy is ugly. If someone junior to you holds a position that you want, that is entirely your fault! (Unless you were seatlocked for three years by a MOAB )

As an ATL320A , this is another reason why we need to save the company from themselves and kill the 365 day bids.

Yep.

And just to clarify, anyone can hold Atlanta Captain at 6 months, but NYC 320 FO took over 40 years to hold until very recently. 350 pilots make a million a year though so I don't know why anyone would even bother with the other two. Does it still take 7 years to get off the panel?

I’ve been here just under 5 years and can’t hold the panel yet. Maybe in the next MOAB.

Anyone else catch the bulletin about using MD-88/99’s for NCAA charters? I may be connecting dots that aren’t there, but here’s hoping this means they will stick around a little longer than originally planned. Ie no displacements next few bids.

Based on that logic, DTW 330 B is about 3,000 seniority, ALT 320 A is under 2k and not a single pilot at the company can hold a captain position above 73N.
