Retirements plus a factor for pilots leaving early were in the big bid. Perhaps they are seeing early outs exceed what they planned but I am not seeing it.

When the junior pilot awarded at 320A in ATL is a 1991 hire, there is a lot of hope things will get better. Local politicians and the Chamber of Commerce are going to host a prayer breakfast for the upcoming bid.

If only they would properly place their faith in natural law; in aviation, you are always ONE YEAR away from a good deal. This constant of time displacement never changes.

There can be major disruptions in the aviation time continum, like mergers, age 65, the Hindenburg disaster and Ryan Gumm, but quinquennial catastrophes simply reset the constant.

So it's $250 love offering; you get a two day old danish and cold coffee at the prayer breakfast. We plan to pray for rain, Trump and this bid. Anyone else coming?

AE's at Delta are ridiculously stagnant. I should have went to FedEx. Even the pilots at Val-U-Jet are seeing better progression on SWA's 737.

At Delta, there is always hope that next year will be better.

(and I'd not pretend to speak for a diety... just an observer, not a creator)

Quick question from an outsider looking in: any guesses on how senior SEA 220B would go?

Oh Buck... How ironic that you say that given my comment was in reference to a comedy represented by his avatar.

I thought it was hilarious. Although I would have included the YouTube clip.
