How bout if we use some of that 6 Billion in profit and the stock buy backs to upgrade out fleet?

How about replacing them with 787-8s over the course of several years? Roughly the same capacity (especially if outfitted in the new 4 class configuration) I have no problem replacing the ER with something that pays noticeably more. 😁

A full airplane doesn't mean that people aren't booking away from it. It could just mean they have to charge less on flights operated by that aircraft to fill it up. It takes more than load factor to see whether people are booking away from it.
