They figure out training footprint, aircraft desirability, pilot surveys, effect on global climate, and then give everybody a plane in NYC with predominately 1 and 2 day double uncommutable trips.

BTW, was it John Bell's web page, Flight Crew Tools, or somewhere else that used to post interactive AE analytics? I'd like to see where I'd sit in various bases, seats, and aircraft but neither of those sites seems to support that function.

John Bell's spreadsheet has an analysis tab that lets you enter your employee number and it will calculate your percentage within each category both before and after the AE. Download the Excel spreadsheet and select the Analysis tab.

Log into DeltaNet then download the Excel version. Click on the sheet that says "Personal Analysis" then enter your employee number at the top.

in the ATL 330A, there were no posted vacancies, three people bid out and they awarded six. There are other categories that has the same thing. I always thought they could not award more than posted and/or contingency vacancies. Obviously I’m wrong but have never noticed this before. But it does explain all the movement generated from a bid with only 14 wide body captains posted.
