Wow. Not much else one can say. Hopefully that is not the norm in regards to culture in the cockpit.

...and DTW-MTY, DTW-BJX, ATL-GDL...among others. Believe it or not, the E190 is a "regional" aircraft flown by regional crews outside of the US.

When I was serving a sentence at an ACMI I had to DH on Ethiopian. Everyone was nice, they even upgraded me. An entire DH crew gets into FC with all their size-large hardcase suitcases and flight kits — and leaves everything in the aisle and on empty seats.

On the live flight back on our MD11, Ethiopian gate agents boarded too many nonrevs. We only found out because our FA’s told us families were sitting on the floor just before push.

Yes, it’s can be a lot different in other parts of the world.
