I'm curious what this means for the ER in SEA. Last I heard, it will be around for several more years. Currently, it does all of the interport flying in and out of NRT. If SEA-NRT goes away, that only leaves PDX-NRT & HNL-NRT to get the plane and pilots into the system. Will we see some ER's "living" in the Pacific? We already do mtx in CAN. I haven't heard of any significant growth elsewhere in the network for these planes to get redistributed.

I'm having a hard time reconciling the doublespeak coming out of Atlanta. They say our Delta-metal international flying as well as Seattle flying is poised for growth in the coming years yet we have seen a dramatic reduction in Pacific flying. They have also said domestic flying is saturated.
