I’m not sure, but the Airbus A321neo test aircraft have the “mask.” Seems like they’re making it a manufacturer brand thing.

The 350 windows aren't anything special, it's just paint around the windows to make them look different.

Supposedly it's to reduce glare. Sorta like how football players use black paint under their eyes.
