Sure great company and great people but that’s not what I envisioned for myself growing up as a kid wanting to be a pilot. Is there opportunity to make great money ? Sure. The problem was I didn’t want to turn around and go back to the airport after doing MDW FNT MDW CMH MDW MCI kind of days. You only have 1 life, do what makes you happy.
Sounds like SWA wasn’t your target job in the first place. I’ve also never seen hub-and-spoke flying here at WN, five legs of course, certainly never those legs!

I just started year 4 at WN. One thing I’m happy with is that I have 20% of the airline below me. If the impossible furloughs would happen, 2000 guys below me is comforting.

For the OP, best of luck. I had two class mates have DL offers and they chose to stay at WN. Nice to have the option open.

Guessing he’s a reinstatement? I only looked at AEs but may have missed it.

Yes....the junior NYC717A reinstatement was a 2/2016 hire. The junior NYC717A AE went to a 6/2014 hire.

C'mon....it's almost 3 whole years. Tragic times at Delta.

How did we ever get by waiting 5 years to be the FO plug on the 7ER?

Many waited longer than 5 years just to get a window seat. Your neck starts to stiffen up at the 3 year point from always looking left!

Unless you want to be overwhelmed with choices, I'd stay at Southwest.

(I hope you come over. Delta Family is a real thing).

That logic cuts both ways. In the end, does the OP want some options or none?

After about 2 months on the 737, I was already looking for other options!

When you don't have options, you make the best of it.
