How about 30 minutes flight pay per led for required preflight duties? We have to be there. We're giving away our services.

The MEC will use our survey results for our opener.

Me?

5:15 min day
5:15 vacation day
5:15 training day
Minute for minute self home training

Our trips could be much more productive and rigs are the only way to achieve that.

No not at all. People just need to realize that if we only have one it won’t be the end all be all to ‘fix’ it.

SWA is overlooked in contract comparison. If we had their rigs we'd be really killing the TAFB to credit ratio. I'd gamble they credit +10 extra hours of credit for the same days off as our average guy, without any premium pay. (Not comparing profit sharing, which they also have). And before somebody compares their full duty days.... no, ours would never morph into theirs. Our network isn't built for P2P short hauls.

Be nice for sure. But when I ask my buds at SWA they work the same number of days I do

Then ask them how much "trips for pay" they average per month. 1 hr credit = 1.15 TFP. Reserve pay equals out to 78cr 15 hard days off. Avg line is 85-95cr with 18-19 days off.

From the SWA forum:

Additionally, most line holders average 107-110 TFP monthly. You can do a lot more but not much less if we’re talking realistically (unless you’re really senior and can get the primo trips that others will take as there is no outright drops).

Reserves credit more than the minimum in most months. Expect to spend a few months on reserve in all but the most senior bases

They also are on short call for all reserve days. Their single fleet type lets the company be very efficient with reserves.

And they have forced extensions into days off without PB days while on reserve. No golden days.

I see them every month out of NYC on the 73N. Normally a turn down to the DR or PR. About 7:30’ish credit.

Not gunna get into w2 comparisons with my friends. I asked how many days they work in a 'normal' month and it was the same as me.
