Thus far, the SILs in my category have caused reserves to be completely filled, green slips to flow even in the middle of the week, and even flights to be cancelled.

So flights have been cancelled as a direct result of having people take SILs, yet the company was going to offer more for September.....yeah right.

Without getting into specifics, I would say the important part is that they are waiting to hold new classes until they finish planning the training for this AE so they know how many new hires they'll be able to train and on what equipment.

My bet is that the conversion schedule takes the full 4 weeks of the estimate, and invites to resume indoc classes take another week after that.

Thank you for letting us know. Do you know how many classes of how many people were cancelled prior to this AE?
