The time zones just crush me. I found international (significantly) better in every single aspect of the job, other than how terrible I felt on the trip and for a day or two afterward. Can't say I'll NEVER do it again, but my guess is that if I do it will be a mistake I'll regret.
The poop rolled downhill quite a bit. A bunch of ATL88 captains got bumped out of the left seat and a few moved to NYC 717/320 and displaced even more JR guys there. I didn't count, but I suppose it's possible a few MSP88 captains might have went left to right as well but if so it was far fewer. As the company continues to draw down the 88 without a 1:1 replacement, my guess is all the '14 and later captains will be weeded out of ATL but a few might hang-on in LAX, DTW, and NYC 717.
Nucking futs. Looking at the results and assuming LEFT seat NYC, he could've been 27% 7er, 7% 73n, or #2 on the 320. If he's a professional right seater he could've stayed in ATL on the ER as #5, #2 on the 330, #4 on the 765, or #1 on any NB. I just hope that he did that on purpose and it wasn't some sort of misclick or evil plot by an angry ex-wife!
