Yes but that was MOAB 1. Since then people are getting scared that this is a trend, one big bid followed by basically zip, and I've personally flown with a good many senior 330 FO's that have decided to jump now because crew resources scared them with the not another bid until 1Q19.

I'm in the upper 7,000's and had 35 people with NYC 220 A as their first choice ahead of me. This bid is going to be interesting.

The day before the bid closed, the Flights Ops weekly update announced that the next AE wont be until Q1 2019. That could be as far as 7 months out. Even if it comes early in Q! that is still a long time before the next AE. I think this announcement caused pilots to be more aggressive in their bidding. I have a good 6 pack of IPA awaiting the results.

Not sure about the last one, but I think the Feb17 AE being posted late on a Saturday or Sunday.
