A very similar situation happened to me post 9-11 and I did have to go to training even though I was displaced again prior to starting training.
With that said, I would say it depends on what the company needs. If they need you, then you will probably train. If they don’t need you and it would save training cycles you may just go directly to the 320B.
I don’t think anyone will know for sure until a few weeks after this AE is posted and everything settles down, so to speak.

Now sure if it affects the company's decision, but the training footprint is smaller going from 88a to 717a.
