Internal Rec. to Interview Timeline
Does anyone know how long it usually takes from the time an internal recommendation is submitted to the time you should expect to hear something regarding an interview if you are selected? I know they will score the application in 30 days but my question is about what comes after that.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I'm not trying to give you a hard time here at all but it is literally anywhere from a few days... until never. The good new is that they won't give any answers as to when, why, or if the candidate is even competitive.
Best of luck to you

1. Employee sends E-mail to pilot selection.
2. Within 14 days (usually next business day) the employee will receive an automated response from pilot selection saying that the rec has been received.
3. Within 30 days the candidates application will be pulled for review and scoring.
4. After 12 months go back to step 1 (your app didn’t make the cut this time around).
You should, according to the document update your application every 60 days to stay active. So somewhere between 30-120 days I’d be optimistic, then that would start to dwindle as we move closer to 5-6 months. Polish it up and do it again.
Best of luck! No clue how they score apps. I know people hired with a 2.2 GPA and I know 4.0 LCAs that can’t get the invite.
