RSW Commuters
Thinking of making the move (don’t worry, I’m junior) and was wondering what current commuters think of base options from RSW. In NY on ER now and like the category but not a lot of flights. I know there are quite a bit to the ATL and I’m sure that is what most do so also most competitive to get seats. DTW doesn’t look bad with more flights than NY. Opinions?
Also, how bad does frequency fall off in the summer when all the snowbirds are home?
Thanks for any inputs!

ATL wouldn't be too bad for a DL guy, as you've got half a dozen flights a day online. WN has a few, but they vary by the day. There are a bunch of commuters from several airlines out of there.
I drive to MCO, but considered bidding ATL when we opened it to eliminate the long drive. I'm glad I didn't now, because we cut back our flights so much, that it's damn near impossible to get there on us. I had enough of off line commuting back before 9/11.
The problem with RSW is not just seasonal. The flights change by the day, making it difficult to plan commutes.
