Not much that I'm aware of. As long as the ratios are at or below PWA requirements there's not much ALPA can do. However, if the company wants more relief to make this happen I hope they get used to the word "no."

I'm more concerned with how (if at all) it related to SKYW, inc. and their upcoming attempt to field the next gen "scope buster" jets as well as the ATL gate issue/implied threats and our upcoming wide body JV talks coincident with any pressures for relief on the bottom end.
It may have nothing to do with any of that. I'm just wondering if it would or could some into play shortly down the road, as SKYW has massive ambition and a manifest destiny that clashed (so far) with reality.

The talk around SKYW has always been the MRJ options were just to put some pressure on Embraer.
They have no firm commitment to buy them but the option is there should somebody want them.
Remember a very prominent figure in the aircraft leasing business has been a board member at SKYW since the eighties.

I don't mean from that side of it. I think from DL's POV the lift logistics were already addressed which is why they came to an early agreement on the CPA.

ExpressJet leases 24 gates and other premises of the Central Passenger Terminal Complex located on Concourse C and Concourse D at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The lease agreement is scheduled to expire on September 20, 2017.
So I guess we will see if the leases are renewed.
