Like range, you have to purchase additional crosswind component. $4.99 per knot, half off on Tuesdays, 200% tax. This is like buying a ticket on Spirit.

How I Built This with Guy Raz : NPR
Second podcast in the line-up:
SEPTEMBER 25, 2017 Southwest Airlines: Herb Kelleher
"In 1968, competitors sued to keep Herb Kelleher's new airline grounded. After a 3-year court fight, the first plane took off from Dallas. Today Southwest Airlines operates nearly 4,000 flights a day."
Lots of parallels to what seems to be going on here with BA and the C-Series. Maybe they can weather the storm and pull of a 'Southwest'? The podcast is only 37minutes and really good. Immediately made me think of this thread.

Small fleet of no longer produced C Series, small fleet of no longer produced 717s, and that matches that smaller 764 fleet.
But the good news is we may never buy another 737 and have a yuge fleet of 321s. So there's that.
