So aside from the ITC future ruling, what does the more immediate future hold? Surely the contract with Bombardier has an exit clause. Will Delta ride this out, or will they cut and run... into the waiting arms of Airbus? Looks like the bid is still a big ???

This is the first round. Let's see what Delta and Bombardier have to say.... Delta wants the airplane. This is far from over and I am betting Delta will not just bend over.

I think DL calls it quits, and effectively kills this jet. This could get appealed again and again, we're talking years... how does that help our business? No, this was a dark day for aviation. I don't see DL betting their feed, their balance sheet, or their standing with Wall St. on a ****ing contest over a 100 seat jet.

What can be done, Bombardier is a company that is poorly managed. The only reason for Delta to take a risk on the Cseries, was because the price was so low. Boeing won't stop at just the sales price tariff. They'll sue everything involved in the process. It will be impossible to get parts for the plane, it's already difficult getting support from Bombardier now.

Today as I pressed the recall button on a brand new 737-900 (all of them didn't light up). I said to myself, screw Boeing.
You want to sell cheap 787 to everyone outside of the us, but get upset when delta orders a better product then you can make?
I hope delta doubles down on the c series order, cancels the remainder of the 737-900s and orders more 321
I like my jets made in alabamer
