Current eSV is open book day 1....3 hour review in the morning and then open book test afternoon. 100 block then goes into a one day new hire brief, and a one day new to manufacture brief.
Then onto 200 block procedures.

Delta has been pushing for that for at least 3 years. FAA is not on board yet.

Yeah, I'm sure they are going to hate their new office:

Too bad they couldn't have secured a seat in the ultra-comfy 717 instead.

100 block also consists of a 1 day New Hire Day (NHD) and a 1 day New to Manufacturer Brief (NMB).
Then they start the 200 block of procedures.

False....there is home study, but the ESV is now given on day 1 (instead of day 2)....approx 3 hour review in the morning, and then ESV in the afternoon, but ESV is open book.
