And extremely senior FOs. This airline is a diverse workplace with abundant choices for all. The best part is you get to make your own choices and live with the consequences.

How much growth in the seniority list are you forecasting? By my math, this doesn't happen until the end of 2021, or even 2022.

I took that quote from a Crew Resources Monthly update a while back. Based off the current list it'll be 2022 to hit 50% for 2014s so I'm guessing Crew Resources was including A220 growth plus additional hiring in advance of retirement wave. Granted since that update the 220 has been delayed several times so 2021 is likely more accurate

2020 sounds much better. Let's hope for that!

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

I won't go as far as he does and say literally everybody, however I will say that a good many of us, that have been here for the better part of two decades, looked at the quick upgrades and thought it to be a flash in the pan. The times are still great, however it will get really interesting once you get into the really senior 88 FO displacements and about mid way up the Captain side. There is going to be shuffling for sure. The saving grace for some of the more junior 320 guys will be NYC. It won't be worth it for a lot of those guys to head north, but some will.

That literally depends on what your definition of definition means.
