It’s not the bus, it’s me. I probably pull it out and stow it 3-5 times a leg. I probably annoy the crap out of my FO’s. Old habits are hard to break and I like all the extra real estate in front of me without having a yoke there.

Are you still talking about the tray table?

Cut us a break. It is the only part of the airplane we truly understand.
You want to talk about autothrust, be my guest. What does "idle" mean? What does the airplane do in a managed descent?
If you need an intro to Airbus, read the ASI report on the Hamburg wingtip strike. The poor investigators seemed to conclude with "the Germans stated this, the French said that, the book says the other thing and we observed the airplane actually did ..."
After my first crosswind landing at Kennedy that set off earthquake detectors in SFO I no longer used the book crosswind technique and started flying it like a C172, which seems to be working so far.
My hour or two in the C Series sim suggests it flies a lot more naturally to a pilot. In fact, it is the easiest airplane I've ever "flown."

But thats why I asked Bar who seemed to have gotten some inside info and it would be reasonable to assume he may know the updated schedule Delta has.

My mistake, I should have worded it "how long til we get those first 35, especially if Montreal is only sloppily putting 3 out a month? Oh and that's assuming we don't get all 35 in a row." I'll keep it more... simple.

I think this has the potential to keep the deliveries in that 3/month range for a while....
