Also, the CS300 is closer to 737 territory. Can Boeing bring another dumping lawsuit when we start taking deliveries of the 300 if they’re not being built in the US. That might be enough motivation to build them in the US, unless we are paying substantially more for the 300’s. Just my opinion, I’m not a lawyer and I slept at home last night.

Are we sure? As I recall the seat range being considered was 100-150 seats. The CS300 can seat up to 160 passengers in all economy configuration. Unless the parameters specified dual-class assumptions I could absolutely see Boeing trying to renew their complaint. There is a more credible comparison between the CS300 and the 737-700 or MAX 7.
