Looks like the written views won't be released until the 13th of Feb. So no news on delivery until the lawyers look over the written views next week.

CHS 787 production was set up by Boeing to try and give more profit to their biggest shareholders.

It completely backfired. The company set up in CHS had so many problems that Boeing was forced to buy it...they couldn't fix the QC problems. The overall cost to Boeing from the CHS decision was very, very high.

They looked at several US locations, but even some test was done at YMX rather than ICT. The YMX cafeteria isn’t worth it.

Completely agree. Why not have an extra production line to pump out more airframes as more orders come in? Would make sense to produce the CS300s in Mobile.

Perhaps because extra production lines are very expensive to build... especially for a program that has only garnered a few hundred orders.

Yep-and most likely will be limited production for a looong time. No massive orders anytime soon.

Except, as I understand, BBD has already invested in much of the tooling. YMX is, at this point, only half built out, but long lead items are ordered. Airbus owns a ton of space purchased for the US tanker program.

Have you considered the potential power of joint Airbus and Bombardier orders going forward (ie combo deal for CS100s and A321 LRs)? Do you expect CSeries orders to continue to be anemic considering the Airbus investment (once confirmed) and the certainty that brings?

Recall that a “mystery” European customer has up to 61 CSeries on order/option (happened just before the Airbus investment) and Air Canada has 40-60 CS300s on order. Added production capacity would benefit everyone in terms of accelerated deliveries (or at least on-time deliveries considering the recent P&W engine delays)...
