Can you let me know what airplane you fly? Of all my qualifiers; money, QOL, seniority, etc.. I think not being around you is primary for the next AE

Sent! Check your PM’s. As I pointed out to you in my PM I find it ridiculous that we have a recommended limitation that the company routinely dispatches flights into knowing they will exceed that limit and expecting the crews to ignore it. It’s in our books for the purpose of hanging a pilot who slides off a runway exceeding it. I find it odd anyone finds that acceptable.

C'mon, it builds character, I'm betting 330, it's a bear in a crosswind.

Whiskey's post made me straight up laugh out loud, and hey... I thought the 330 was pretty easy in a crosswind! Use that momentum on the fat lady to your advantage... things got funny when you realized you kicked a bit too much, though! "crap, less rudder less rudder! (as the nose is swinging through the centerline to the other side) "

The latest training module has a long overdue reminder that we need to examine what we are being asked to do and remember saying NO is always an option.

And in some cases...a requirement.
