Ha, not according to Boeing. Tariffs sill apply even if built in US. Dumping is dumping. If you haven’t noticed Boeing has pretty good lawyers.

Funny that you hate ME3 for their subsidies but have no problem with the C Series being sold at a 3rd of the cost to build. So, how are US Airlines harmed by ME3? They don’t offer the same product. No US airline has A380s with a bar, private cabins and showers. So, if Boeing can’t be harmed because they don’t build a 100 seat jet. US Airlines can’t be harmed by ME3 for the same reason. Sorry, Air Lines.

U.S. International Trade Commission final decision in February, 2018. Stay tuned.
Even that decision isn't final. They basically know how the U.S. is going to rule on this. Bombardier has already said they expect it to go to the World Trade Organization which is where it will go when they appeal the USITC decision.

And they will lose.

Or Delta can just pay market rate for the Jets.

At least we all agree those ME3 guys are bad. Too bad Boeing keeps selling them subsidized (by our government) products to help take away our jobs. I like flying Boeings, but I think my days of doing that at this airline are numbered.

Or not take them at all. While upstreaming the revenue from jv partners operating them to deltas bottom line.

That being just one option.

There are some pretty smart people at ft widget too...in case you hadnt noticed.

You’re not even doing apples and oranges here. It’s more like a brussel sprouts vs. kale smoothie comparison.
Hence marcal’s link.
