Canx no cost.

And a day later post another bid wth any other non c series positions
The pilots cancelled can take any position on a prior or follow on bid their seniority would hold as long as that slot was not converted. It would create havoc with pilots jumping into big bid slots and the trickle down issues that would follow. They could also take any positions on bids after their bid as long as the pilots were not converted.

Posting non C Series followed by C Series would be the proper sequence for the company to avoid C Series pilots jumping on the following AE in the event of a training cancellation.

They cab still go to any unconverted big bid position or any future bid positions that were posted before they are cancelled.

Bombardier Q400 Division Sold to China - FliegerFaust

Not sure if it's valid information as it was not confirmed anywhere else but it seems as if Bombardier is trying to exit the civilian aircraft market altogether.

Maybe they are going back to snowmobiles.

If it were my Co. and I built a hot ******* airplane and all I got was heat, I'm pretty sure I would be looking at markets that didn't eat their young.

BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) was spin off from BBD about 14 years ago to a separate corporate entity still tied to the families. They’ll still build the bizjets. Fun fact: they’ve delivered more business jets since the first CRJ than all the airliners by a nice margin-couple hundred. 800+ Globals and 700 CL300s alone.

Mr. Galaxy, what's the Global like?

The Cl300s look pretty darn sporty, got in one one time back when i was flying corporate and it seemed nice. But I had cabin envy... it's cabin was smaller than my jet and I really envied that. Got sick of hauling 1 person and their entourage of 13 others around. I really wanted a CJ1 after a while. Range limited and small is the way to go.
