As I said in my original post, the sources can be hit or miss. It could also be a scenario where these memos are circulating internally, and dissenters on the inside leaked this information to friendly news sources to generate public opposition before they were announced to try and shut it down before it is announced. None of that is important.

What is important is the % of you who will stand up and fight this time, and I'm very glad to see the numbers stacking up as they are. In the end, even if half of the "no" voters cave, if they announce this they won't have an airline industry.

...and that's the important message to send. You can have an airline industry without masks, or you can have no airline industry with masks.

They can propose whatever they want, but the hands that move the throttles are the hands that rule the world (in this industry).

Safety and job duty- i neither feel I can perform my job safely if I have to wear a mask so I shall not. Captain I know stated that and TSA stood there with nothing to say.

Found the govt is trying to fight the court order that found the govt making the mask mandate unconstitutional. As it sits now even if they wanted to have one they could not. They just want the ability/authority to issue another such mandate or related mandate in the future.
