yep, except that the unions refuse to open schools until all the TEACHERS are vaccinated. It is not, and has never been, about the kids. Try again.

Interesting, I was in Great Falls about 3 weeks ago. Everywhere I went there were signs requiring me to wear a mask. What restrictions were lifted, exactly?

The devil’s in the details and if you all watch President Biden’s virtual talk today he is doing something not done in a while.

He is sitting in a chair, not a lectern.

Considering he hasn’t been really seen or heard from much, maybe the Nation should begin counting the days when President Harris is sworn in.

The man isn’t well.

Private companies and localities can require anything they wish under the new rules.

Trust me on this. A Cooper’s beef rib is nothing like a roast. Their brisket it quite good, but I get 2-3 of the ribs and eat them like candy.

You want some context? The economy of a nation of 330,000,000 people ruined. Entire industries destroyed and a nation that normally takes in 3.5 trillion in revenue (taxes) instead spending 6.5 trillion in 2020, including 2.6 trillion in stimulus. Oh and another 900 billion in tax relief lost too. And we have another 2 trillion in stimulus ready to go for 2021.

But hey, we kept it to .1% of the population that passed away either with or from COVID-19 (25% of which was over the age of 85 and 80% of which was over the age of 65). Great job. To do this, though, we increased suicides, alcoholism, overdose deaths, etc. we destroyed a year of education for an entire generation. Hundreds of thousands of small business and their life savings. And who knows what kind of financial impact this kind of deficit spending will really have? Really, you think this is worth it? Do you have any possible concept what these numbers really mean?

But hey, every life is worth it right? The quality of life in those nursing homes is fantastic- god knows I want to prolong my stay in there as long as I can.

Nailed it. This post is worthy of a free dinner at Cooper’s.

515,000 have died here - a disproportionately large number given our overall population - and all you can think about is the cost it took on those who are still living, rather than what we can do to prevent further loss of life. That, to me, says everything really.

ALL I said was it’s too early to de-mask and stop socially distancing.
