And a good Texan BBQ enthusiast must register for “BBQ College” a 3 day workshop at A&M.

You know what still works here in TX when it’s 2F and you have no power? The Smoker...

Arthur Bryant’s. The New Yorker food critic rated it as the #1 BBQ in the world. The heritage and sauce date back to 1880. That is 140 years ago. All in KC.

Today's announcement does not abandon safe practices that Texans have mastered over the past year. Instead, it is a reminder that each person has a role to play in their own personal safety and the safety of others. With this executive order, we are ensuring that all businesses and families in Texas have the freedom to determine their own destiny."

The whole point of the argument was that Florida didn’t do as bad so restrictions don’t work, even though other lenient states did pretty bad. And California didn’t do as well so restrictions don’t work, even though other restricted states did a whole lot better. If that’s what floats your boat then sure.

NC barbecue is nasty. Chopped until it’s mush, covered in a vinegar & mustard sauce, and glopped on your plate with some slaw. It’s not even in the same ballpark as Kansas City, Memphis, or even better central TX. My vote for the best is either brisket from Snows or the beef ribs at Louie Mueller, then Memphis pork ribs, KC pork ribs, McDonald’s, and then NC.
