Whats funny is the constant 30-1 or whatever the number is. It’s as if appeals do not exist. Cases don’t get to the Supreme Court because the cases were won earlier, they get there through appeals (there are other ways as well).
So when someone touts 30-1 or that “they lost in all their cases”, what that person is really doing is admitting that they do not understand the judicial process.

How can you bring a fraud case, and when the judge pointedly asks you, "Are you alledging fraud", your response is, "No, your honor."
He has no proof. He has no case. There is nothing to appeal.
Again, POTUS KNOWS he has lost, but in his vengeful state of mind, he has decided to take a wrecking ball to our democracy, to erode confidence in our electoral system, soothe his bruised ego, and to undermine the legitimacy of Old Man Joe.
It's pathetic and disgraceful.

Regardless, how many of the suits were actually filed by the Trump campaign? Why is the Biden campaign relaunching fundraising for a legal fund if there is no case to be had? Is the big guy trying to get his 10%?
The left has been attempting to undermine the legitimacy of the President for the last four years, why do you suddenly care now? It seems like you were fine with them undermining Trump, but suddenly are outraged at the idea when it comes to Biden.

An appeal of a bench trial (a trial in which a judge, not a jury decides the case) is reviewed for an "abuse of discretion." A lower court's decision will be reversed only if the lower court judge abused his discretion in reviewing the EVIDENCE.
It's going to be tough to make the argument that there was abuse in evidence review when none was presented.

Whether the PA Supreme Court’s decision to change the election laws was contrary to US Constitution would be in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
