Absolutely!

The big difference is that these cases are not, and cannot be argued on their merit, because they have none. That is why they are being summarily thrown out, time and time again.

How can you bring a fraud case, and when the judge pointedly asks you, "Are you alledging fraud", your response is, "No, your honor."

He has no proof. He has no case. There is nothing to appeal.

Again, POTUS KNOWS he has lost, but in his vengeful state of mind, he has decided to take a wrecking ball to our democracy, to erode confidence in our electoral system, soothe his bruised ego, and to undermine the legitimacy of Old Man Joe.

It's pathetic and disgraceful.

Massive voter fraud uncovered in Detroit, where more people voted than there are residents! I won Michigan, he proclaims!

People who voted in Detroit: 250,000
Residents: 670,000

What a buffoon. And to the guy wondering what is it exactly that trump has forced us to endure the last 4 years....Is this normal to you? Having a president who constantly lies, makes $hit up, whines like a little baby, etc etc.

An appeal of a bench trial (a trial in which a judge, not a jury decides the case) is reviewed for an "abuse of discretion." A lower court's decision will be reversed only if the lower court judge abused his discretion in reviewing the EVIDENCE.

It's going to be tough to make the argument that there was abuse in evidence review when none was presented.

He says, without evidence.

Regardless, how many of the suits were actually filed by the Trump campaign? Why is the Biden campaign relaunching fundraising for a legal fund if there is no case to be had? Is the big guy trying to get his 10%?

The left has been attempting to undermine the legitimacy of the President for the last four years, why do you suddenly care now? It seems like you were fine with them undermining Trump, but suddenly are outraged at the idea when it comes to Biden.

There are lawsuits that can be filed while the count is going on, and there are lawsuits that can be filed once the count is finished, and those that can be filed if/when the results are certified, challenging those certifications.

Aside from that, states are going into recounts and some are doing audits.

C'mon man! My Biden voice. lol

You have to be prepared to defend against lawsuits, even FRIVOLOUS ones. YOU KNOW THAT.

No one questioned the legitimacy of Trump's win. His fitness for the office based on his utterances and behavior is what was, and is still being questioned..... even more so I might add.

The whole Russia collusion was an attempt at undermining the legitimacy of Trump’s election.

The Supreme Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. They decide what cases they will consider. None of these cases present a justiciable question for the The Court. I’ll be a 55 gallon drum of Rudy’s hair dye that they sit this one out.

Whether the PA Supreme Court’s decision to change the election laws was contrary to US Constitution would be in the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
