No, it’s interesting that you think it was Party v Party. It was Republicans v The State of Xxx or Secretary of State of Xxx. Often both parties to the suit were Republican.

Wait, I thought Michael Flynn was in jail and later released, awaiting sentencing for lying to investigators about meeting with Russian intelligence agents and lying about using a burner phone to have conversations with them.

Secretary of State in PA is Democrat.

PA Secretary of State: “Using the title 'President' before the word 'Trump' really demeans the office of the presidency...”

Michigan SOS is Democrat.

Wisconsin SOS is Democrat.

Arizona SOS is Democrat.

Arizona SOS: “The President is on the side of the freaking Nazis. Don't just say stuff - DO SOMETHING!!!”

Georgia SOS is Republican.

Nevada SOS is Democrat.

The cities where challenges are, are run by Democrats.

I missed that exception, can you provide it? What evidence do you have to support your claim? Or are you just making stuff up?

More C.S. Lewis:
For that reason I think it important to try to see the present calamity in a true perspective, The war creates no absolutely new situation: it simply aggravates the permanent human situation so that we can no longer ignore it. Human life has always been lived on the edge of a precipice. Human culture has always had to exist under the shadow of something infinitely more important than itself. If men had postponed the search for knowledge and beauty until they were secure the search would never have begun. We are mistaken when we compare war with "normal life". Life has never been normal. Even those periods which we think most tranquil, like the nineteenth century, turn out, on closer inspection, to be full of cries, alarms, difficulties, emergencies. Plausible reasons have never been lacking for putting off all merely cultural activities until some imminent danger has been

averted or some crying injustice put right. But humanity long ago chose to neglect those plausible reasons. They wanted knowledge and beauty now, and would not wait for the suitable moment that never come. Periclean Athens leaves us not only the Parthenon but, significantly, the Funeral Oration. The insects have chosen a different line: they have sought first the material welfare and security of the hive, and presumable they have their reward. Men are different. They propound mathematical theorems in beleaguered cities, conduct metaphysical arguments in condemned cells, make jokes on scaffold, discuss, the last new poem while advancing to the walls of Quebec, and comb their hair at Thermopylae. This is not panache; it is our nature.
But I’m sure your right...

Here you go. You can check the parties in each lawsuit. It doesn’t really matter, they won’t prevail. The cousin f’er Giuliani is in charge of what remains of the legal team. He said in court just the other day that he didn’t know what the strict scrutiny standard is. Good luck.

So is it often Republican vs Republican or does it not really matter?

Not at all, you came in implying it was significant that the lawsuits were against the SOS and often Republican vs Republican. I pointed out the majority of the SOS are Democrats and suddenly you say it doesn’t really matter.

Either it matters, and you were incorrect or it doesn’t matter and you were spreading false information.

Man. You’re having a hard time with this. False Dilemma, (False Dichotomy) are logical fallacies. You presented an “or”, which limits options to the two you provided. There are other options. This is how it works in the English language, most programming languages and also in math.

In this specific case BOTH many of the cases were Republicans v Republicans and it doesn’t matter to me. For instance, if you bothered to put down your copy of Newsmax you might have noticed that 100% of the post election cases in Georgia were filed against Republicans. Just to help you out, I said “post election”. Multiple cases have been filed in Arizona, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania against Republican respondents.

Now, that doesn’t really matter to me because the current count is 30-1 for Biden. I don’t expect any of these cases to matter. How hard is that to understand?
