Not sure where you got that from, MSNBC? From the official ECDC website https://www.ecdc.europa.eu/en/covid-19/data

Massive headline: Covid deaths quadruple.

Tiny print somewhere in the story: From four to sixteen.

The Danish Mask Study has finally been published.

Essentially, masks are pointless. In fact, they may actually increase the chances of getting the virus.

Shocked, I tell you. (not)

https://www.acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/M20-6817

Will the airlines (or government) follow the science? Doubtful.

Masks have a massive psychological effect, see the posts here by the usual suspects, so I doubt the airlines will change. The good news is Covid transmission on an airplane is exceptionally rare.
The real tragedy is that people think they can mask up, and that is sufficient protection. They then engage in risky behavior, which spreads the virus significantly more, they then come on the internet to virtue signal.

Did you read it by chance? Right from the study:

"The findings, however, should not be used to conclude that a recommendation for everyone to wear masks in the community would not be effective in reducing SARS-CoV-2 infections, because the trial did not test the role of masks in source control of SARS-CoV-2 infection. During the study period, authorities did not recommend face mask use outside hospital settings and mask use was rare in community settings (22). This means that study participants' exposure was overwhelmingly to persons not wearing masks."

It's an interesting study, but it doesn't conclusively support your assertion.

So prior to this order they were not allowed to meaningfully observe the ballots?

It would seem so yes, considering COVID precautions the city seemed to meet the law as written. Don't like it? Change the law. On November 5th, a second judge deemed it otherwise and allowed observers with 6 feet. That's fine like I said, the thing is...in essentially 24 hours time do you have evidence to back your claims that somehow massive fraud occurred when observers from both parties were just a little bit farther away? That's a heavy burden to prove.

Especially when every other claim has fallen on its face. Who knows, maybe Rudy will be able to pull something out of his pants?
