WTF?

1. The positivity rate is climbing. (again)
2. The positivity rate has doubled since its low point in the beginning of October.
3. More people are being infected, period.

Your "increase in testing equals an increase in cases" talking point is getting old. Go find another hill to defend, you've lost this one.
so your red box shows an increase in case positivity?

”In public” meaning what? Walking down the street? Or standing at a bar?

Nice attempt at dodging, try again.

The highlighted part of the graph was not highlighted to show an increase in positivity, it was highlighted to prove this wrong:

BTW, that's your quote, I didn't change it. Feel free to check it.

Your idea of "constant" and mine are totally different...

Fine. It’s not constant. It’s GOING DOWN during that period of time.

Now what?

Texas data:

Positivity Rate: up.

Death Rate: (thankfully) flat for the most part. As expected. I would hope that we know how to treat and manage COVID today, October 2020, much better than we did in March 2020. I would hope death rates do not go up.

More troubling is the increase in hospitalization and positivity rate, as this may cause lockdowns and additional behavior modifications, which the industry does not need.

Which is it Cargo? Deaths are steady or trending down or “deaths are modestly higher”. The other guy just called you out on it and you can’t even remember what you’ve been saying here. Stop moving the goal posts. That’s all you know how to do it seems like. Eventually you don’t even know what your point is anymore as I just showed you.

Haven’t been moving any goal posts, merely reporting things as they happen. These aren’t all the same graphs you know, they vary by day as new data comes in. And when the number of deaths which had been holding steady or even decreasing from about Sept 10 started showing a modest upswing, did you NOT WANT ME to admit it?

And don’t you think you are being just a trifle DECEPTIVE pulling up a set of graphs from 12 days ago when I put up the latest one this morning?
