Going to affect the average ramper more than any holdout pilot. But pilots who are non-vaxxed and get COVID will no longer be able to get paid for trips dropped due to infection anymore. (They'll still be able to use accrued sick leave). So it's not nothing.

SARS-CoV-2 is 99.95% survivable without treatment (ages 19-49), and 99.998% survivable without treatment for ages 18 & under.
