Do you read what you write? Isn’t it amazing, 100 years ago you’d be talking to yourself walking down the street now you get to feel special in this Covid forum with your nonsense. What you’re saying is so disrespectful to all the dead, those suffering from Covid right now and all those that are doing what’s required to take this seriously so that we all can put an end to this as soon as possible.

But if it gets to be a problem, they'll simply use a database validated with a barcode and photo. That actually looks to be how they're going to implement it from the get-go.
But it's not tyranny unless they force you to get the vaccine. I'm sure that even if vaccine cert apps become a thing in daily life, there will be plenty of people and businesses who don't play that game.

Presumably.

Actually I thought they weren’t even keeping track of who got the vax now? Most people I know that got it barely even had their ID checked.

If it all goes away later this year due to natural + vaccine immunity, and people just being over it then it won't be an issue. I think that's more likely in the US.
Overseas travel is where I expect most of us pilots might need to comply. There are large nations who are significant components of the global economy who are in TOTAL isolation right... that's not sustainable and if they'll go THAT far I'm sure they'll have no problem mandating that unclean, ugly Americans get jabbed before arriving on their shores.
If they decided to tighten up on validation, they'd almost have to grandfather anyone who already had it. Now's your chance, maybe the fake ESA cert vendors can accommodate you since they're pretty much out of business on ESA's.

I’m probably has hard right wing as you seem to be, but being so I put a high bar and premium on personal responsibility where you seem to want the “rights” as an abdication of being responsible. Man up, roll up your sleeve.

...and what you are saying is also disrespectful to all the dead. All the dead soldiers that fought to protect this country from little pansy commies. I think China is more your style, you should really think about moving there. They have all the bells and whistles that you like. Tracking apps, mandatory welding of your front door, and other great ways to keep you ‘safe’ and not be able to talk openly about anything. Great place.

I'm sure they are working on this now but let's be real, this is the government we are talking about. They will botch it up, give excuses and by then this thing will be over. They should have implemented a system from the get go, it is already too late. Besides, pilots flying internationally are the ones that will need it to enter other countries. Other countries are not going to interface with the US system.
But there are third-party several systems already deployed for covid tests, which could easily add the vaccine functionality. There is discussion about coordination for international travel, more likely each country will simply accept one or more third-party apps that they deem worthy. Where it could awkward is if certain countries were to require their proprietary vaccine, although I doubt anybody important will do that.
If the USG did feel the need to do it's own thing, they could simply copy KCM. Although maybe they could still screw that up.
