Will airlines force employees get vaccine??

Once vaccines obtain regular approval (possibly delayed for political reasons), then you will likely have to get vaccinated to hold certain jobs, go to certain schools/day care, maybe even go to bars, theaters, etc. Foreign cruise lines are already mandating vaccination for bookings. Even then, you can ultimately adjust your employment and lifestyle to avoid vaccination... nobody (in the US) is going to force you to get a vaccine.
But it's all a moot discussion for flight crew... if you're on an international fleet and one of your destinations mandates vaccination for inbound foreigners, your option will be to bid to a domestic-only fleet (if Canada mandates vaccination there will be almost no place you can hide), or quit. Airlines and unions are not going to make special out-of-seniority bidding and trip-dropping accommodations for people who choose not meet the customs requirements of the places they're paid to fly to.

We agree on that; what bothers me is that so many people don't understand what is really happening here, what it means to say this should be mandatory, and think it is a great idea. We have lost all capability to conduct a logical risk assessment.

Who in their right mind would get the double shot, after the single shot is available? Also, the mRNA vaccines have killed almost 500 people, the Viral Vector will be near zero.

I personally like the mRNA vice the Viral Vector. Being injected with a live virus and antigens to stimulate your immune system, to me, is riskier.
