Will airlines force employees get vaccine??

A vaccine passport. Already an internationally accepted document.
I was referring to the tests, not mitigation. The early state of testing in the US was terrible. Multiple companies making tests without quality control caused a higher error than the rest of the world. My point is why would a country accept test results when they can verify the accuracy of the test. It’s much easier to verify vaccination than it is to prove who already had it.

Why not use the same app to be able to log an antibodies test...?
Point being I can prove an antibodies test as easily as a vaccination.

No need for any type of vaccine passport. Those who have been vaccinated will clearly make a bleating noise when needed to prove it 🐑 😬

Oh good grief. Some of you sound like you’re straight out of a anti-vaccine Mombie Facebook group.
Don’t get the vaccine. The rest of us that are ready to travel and move on with normalcy will take it and move on with their lives. Hopefully one of my unemployed friends can take your spot.

Our mgmt (B6) has been advocating for some kind of standardized “health” passport that all airlines would use. It would show either a vaccine OR a recent negative test. This makes sense to me. Antibody tests makes sense too but it’d have to have some recency and so not sure that would work.

Many of the thoughts of mandates were written about with the assumption the vaccine wouldn’t be that great…~ 50% efficacy was talked about.
But if the vaccine actually turns out to be as good as advertised (efficacy wise and preventing spread [which is expected]) and enough people take it…I could see things going back to normal flying w/out any mandates, passports, etc.
Just my Wednesday night deep thoughts

We can argue the difference, and there is a difference, but you'll need to thread that needle. Is it worth it?
