When the vaccine comes out, I'm sure you'll have a choice, but both sides will have consequences that you, and you alone, will have to weigh. If you get the vaccine you're taking a gamble on future unknown side effects and if you don't get the vaccine it's well within the govt's and private companies' rights to deny you service or employment. Not to mention the long term health effects of the virus aren't known either.


My homework has told me that if you're really concerned about aluminum, you shouldn't ever drink from an aluminum can again. If you're concerned about mercury, you better install a reverse osmosis filtration system under your sink and not risk drinking from any other sources (included bottled water) because trace mercury is allowable and common in most drinking water. I feel the same way about fetal cells being used to make the vaccine as I do about organ donors; they don't need it anymore, so it's better to use it to ease human suffering than burying it in a pit out of reverence that only serves to help you come to grips with your own feelings. If you care, I'm sure there'll be a vaccine that doesn't use fetal cells, or you'll just have to bite the bullet like with Hep A, Chicken Pox, etc.


The reason conspiracy sites are underground is because they get torn to shreds by real professionals when brought into the open, so to protect their 'credibility' they can't let their followers see the counter arguments until their followers have been so indoctrinated that the belief becomes faith-based, almost like a religion. After that, most people won't change their minds no matter how much evidence is presented.

The vaccine will be like anthrax in the military without the possibility of jail time. I doubt any military member was jailed, but at the extreme it was possible. We had several leave losing retirements rather than take the anthrax vaccine

It is interesting that you would say aluminum and bottle cans. I don't drink some aluminum cans. As for a bottles of water I don't drink out of plastic bottles. So in a lot of ways I'm doing all the things that you said. Now you say that conspiracy theorist get torn to shreds. Funny that term was actually coined by the government. But my point is this we have a First Amendment which is Free Speech. But free speech is not allowed any more platforms such as Facebook Twitter Youtube Etc. Take down anything that iis not with the narrative that they're trying to push on the American people. I for one I'm not anti-vax. I'm anti stupidity. Now if they can make vaccines that don't have ingredients that I feel are harmful I'd have no problem doing it. But they can't and they know that. That's why the 1986 vaccine Act was passed. Lots of individuals have been hurt from vaccine but you never hear about it. If you want to learn more about the dangers of vaccines Robert Kennedy Jr has done a terrific job exposing a lot of the dangers of vaccines. coronavirus has been around a long time. Your research will tell you that. My issue is that coronavirus is being weaponized to bring in mandates for this vaccine. Now the real question is who profits from this vaccine. You'll find that there is one person whose now acting like he is the tsar of the world. Do your research you'll see what I'm talking about. This particular person stands to gain a lot of money. And become the richest person in the world. This person controls a lot of media and buys a lot of good air time. But those who are considered conspiracy theories have been exposing the truth. I will bit sway you I know that. But don't you think it's a little ironic that the media does a non-stop hit job about coronavirus all day long. They never talk about people dying of heart disease, suicides, family abuse. Loss of unemployment they never talk about that they only talk about coronavirus. I've always questioned everything. I've never believed anything. I think that's a good and healthy thing. I go and I check and I verify. If you go to the cdc's website you'll find that there was only 9210 people in America that's truly died of coronavirus. The rest had comorbidities. So we brought down this economy destroy people's livelihoods for 9210 true Coronavirus deaths. But you not to take my word for it last I checked which was a few days ago it was still on their website. So my issue is people have believed everything that the mainstream media has told them. They don't take the time to go and verify for themselves. And those that do expose the truth are called conspiracy theories. But the conspiracy theorists don't have an agenda. The mainstream media does. They want to scare everyone to death to make sure that everyone is ready and willing to take the vaccine. That certain people will profit tremendously from. Never seen a virus before that has made it so that only big retailers are doing well while Mom and Pop stores are forced to close. That should alarm everybody. Or industry is at stake. For 9210 deaths. Sorry I don't buy it

ok so it is over 190k. That stat literally Covid as the only cause of death. Which really is just lazy clerical work. Most death certificates have two or three cause of death. Also the first amendment does not apply to Facebook etc because the servers belong to private companies. The first amendment only applies to the government.

If this is the first crack in a flood-gate, then assume most employers will mandate vaccines, unless the congress specifically bans that. But if they want any sort of economy, they can ban the lawsuits or ban mandatory employee vaccinations, but not both.

And what if a mandatory vaccine makes someone ill or even kills them? Will they then be able to sue their employer for forcing them to receive said vaccine?

Most likely not, since the employer is taking a reasonably prudent action, and did not mfg, certify, or market the vaccine. This question should be long-settled. Especially since the vaccine is not actually mandatory, you're free to find another job, perhaps something telecommuting.

There's already a government-established redress process for vaccine-caused illnesses, but it won't amount to winning the lottery over a sore arm and upset tummy.
