It wouldn’t need any taxpayer bailout if it wasn’t for government incompetence. If it wasn’t for braindead governors and travel restrictions, everything would be full speed ahead. Most people want to travel again.

You're right, I forgot this is only happening in the United States. My mandatory testing and borderline minimum security quarantine facilities worldwide are because of government incompetence. These restrictions aren't going anywhere anytime soon, and Americans need to understand that when they complain about wanting to travel again. So mask up, and maybe the world can open again....since you know, everyone wants to travel again.

Oh gee golly is that all I have to do? Just put a mask on and the government will just let me go places again? Well ok then. Thanks for the advice, I respectfully decline.

I’ve traveled a fair amount both during the height of the outbreak and after restrictions started being lifted. Every single place as of right now that require a mask to be worn. Idk why there’s this notion that Americans don’t wear masks when we go out, we definitely do.

Sounds good. Be a part of the problem then, don't blame the government restrictions on your choices.

Yea, see that is the problem right there and you don’t even understand it because you can’t see through the BS. Instead of placing blame where it belongs, the media made you angry at other people. Turn off your TV. That’s your problem. The government created this mess, nobody else. Not the guy that doesn’t wear a mask, not the people that went to a party, not the guy who traveled to Vegas. If you feel the need to place blame on people living their lives and not listening to tyrannical BS, then you have been brainwashed in the worst possible way.

Don't need the TV when I'm flying around the world living it. We all know who's really to blame for this, and I'm not blaming people for living their lives. Just don't blame the government for putting restrictions in place for a worldwide pandemic, that you've clearly only experienced at a very domestic level.

What restrictions have been put in place can you point to that have led to countries performing better than others outside of wealthy isolated island nations? Also, can you please explain how places with no restrictions at all have virtually the same results as places that have over the top unnecessary restrictions? There is no justification for travel bans, the virus is everywhere. The main purpose was to solve the problem of global overtourism, they saw a crisis that can be used in order to implement a system that limits the numbers of people that are able to travel from this point forward. If you think that these restrictions are going to go away, you need a lesson in history. Nothing more permanent than a temporary government program.

Sure I can tell you every place that I've been that didn't have restrictions, and has had soaring cases. Here it goes: Dubai, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Ghangzhou, Subic Bay, Singapore, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Cologne, Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Maastricht, Campinas. All didn't have restrictions which resulted in significant cases, and now have restrictions in place as the virus has mutated, with varying but mostly successful results. This has nothing to do with over tourism so please turn down the conspiracy theories and take off the ton foil hat, we will get through this.
